Can't check items, purchases or even watch list sometimes.

So I Keep wanting to check my purchase details and watch lists but every. damn. time. It asks me to sign in again, do Captcha and then puts me back at the ebay home page. Meaning I cannot access some things period. This includes account settings. It's really starting to become enough and I have no idea what to do.

Are you clearing cache/cookies?

Have you tried another browser? 

Are you using an incognito tab?

You are caught in a login  loop. Go into your browser settings and clean out cookies and cache. Be sure to untick everything else, or you'll also lose your saved passwords and whatnot. When you go to do the clean, make sure you change the dropdown at the top to "all time", or it will only clean the last month or so and won't fix the problem. Any page you're logged into, you'll be logged out, so be aware of that.

Most of the time that will fix the issue. If not, despite having just done it, clear out again, even though there's nothing there. It should work after the second time.
