Can't list a item for 3 days keep pop up messages!! "Looks like something's wrong. Please try again"

Anyone have issue with listing?  I can't list a item in last 3 days.  keep on pop up "Looks like something's wrong. Please try again."

Clear all cookies, history and cached data.

Then turn off power for the computer and router and NBN equipment at the wall .

After 5 minutes reboot. Then log on. Do not use Internet explorer switch to Microsoft EDGE that comes with Windows 10.
