Been trying for days to put an order in...put in cart not working.

The cart has often been problematic.

Try going onto the USA site and enter items into the cart from there. ebay.com without the au.

Just other buyers and sellers here, no eBay staff so if you are wanting to 'let eBay know' you will need to contact them

Are you not able to place your order (buy?) without using the cart ?
