search adding +

When I save a search, it adds + to the search items. Then when I go to 'view items', the search doesn't work. How can I save my search without the intrusive + characters?

Resolved! Problem listing an item

There is a promotion at the moment whereby the selling fee is waived. But when I try to list my item, there is a prompt that there will be the fee applied. Also, when I choose cash for the form of payment, it says I must choose an electronic FOP. But...

I am going to leave ebay soon.

Buyers and sellers will stop using ebay because when a problem arises that takes hours of time to solve, or cannot be solved, it is no longer possible to use.The no-service model is not working. Tom

Can not proceed to get a refund

When I have tried to respond to a seller for a refund via `see request details' I get -We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again. I have tried on multiple devices and locations. I have also tried clearing cookies...
