Attempting to complete return within timeframe.

Have tried different browsers, same error shows.

Until another member who has had experience with returns sees your post and can give more in depth suggestions
Are you using the app on a phone or the full site? (the app is often mega glitchy)
Have you tried clearing your cookies etc?
Maybe try contacting eBay via Live Chat (under the help tab at the bottom of any page)
