Cant add new items

I have been trying to add items for 3 days and it keeps coming up problem with server??

Why is Ebay saying the server is down (so I cant add new items) but it stills runs existing ones - makes no sense ....

Clear cache and cookies, reboot your computer - try a different browser ?
