Closing the return case, as the seller cannot process the refiund

Dear Ebay Staff, The seller asked me to close the case to proceed with the refund. However, I cannot close the return case, It always say that "It's not you. It's us. .. the server is down. " Can you step in to help us resolve the issue.

DO NOT close the case, the seller is lying to you

They are trying to trick you

They have no intention of refunding you

Once you close the case, you cannot re-open it

What kind of dispute did you open?


Was the item not as described or was it faulty?

When did you buy and when did you open the case?


Don't let it time out, escalate as soon as it allows and do not let this seller scam you
