Codes not working

I have a cart full of stuff and for some reason none of the codes are working. I don't have over 10 items, I'm well above the amount needed. The 10% off code I get that the amount isn't high enough. The 5% says the same despite being 4 times over the needed amount. Package says 'this code can't be applied'.

What's going on?

I need to pay.

Vouchers often have some of the following conditions - 

Expired or been used 3 times already.

Some categories not included.

Only Aus sellers.

Maybe multiple items not allowed.
