Combined postage in the app, Are eBay EVER going to align the app with the browser?

This has been going on for years now. every week I have to send the same message to numerous customers. Yes I combine postage. No you can't us the 'buy it now' function and send a request an invoice through the app. You need to use a PC for that.

I have given up complaining about it, until now. C'mon, this problem has been known about for at least 10 years. How hard can it be to get it fixed?

For some, even using the full site, sellers are forced into immediate payment even when they don't opt in for it. I am one such seller. A buyer wants combined postage, but they can't have it, because ebay forced it, even using the cart. My only option is to refund the excess that they've paid. Could this have happened to you? Or are you still getting buyers that are able to request an invoice?
