EBAY SHOWING MY PERSONAL INFO TO THE BUYERS IN THE RETURNS WITH FULL NAME

HELLO Everyone, I am really mad with ebay. Although my settings are showing my business name and address in the returns section of my account, the buyers are returning the items with labels showing my full name. I tried reporting this to ebay but they wont help me, they keep saying its correct but I know for a fact that the label is not, it shows my personal name. What can I do to fix this issue. Please help!

Edit your details to not include your name?

I do accept returns and my details saved for return address does not shiw my name but my business name. However ebay still shows my personal details in their returns label. I informed ebay but they havent fixed it.
