Ebay Seller fees not being refunded

Hello everyone

I having an issue with getting my seller fees refunded by ebay.

I Listed my item under a " $1 Final value fee" Promotion.

My item sold and eBay took the normal sellers fee. Obviously there was a glitch.

This has happened a few times before and they have successfully refunded the fee.

This time the refunded fee will not show up in my "payments" account.

I have opened at least 15 "Help" chat sessions and all have ended with them "fixing" the issue and saying it will be in my account in 24 to 72hrs. It never works.

Apparently this issue has been escalated three times now and a specialist team member will contact me via email. i have received no emails.

Im at my wits end. This has been going on for weeks. Anyone know how to take this further?

I'm having the same problem and am in the Chat queue now.

It's also the same with the sell your first 2 items fee free promo. These problems have only started since I changed over to MP for some reason.

Eventually got there after enduring 2 chats. First one had no idea so I ended the chat and started again and got someone more knowledgeable.

I agree with you. it's so frustrating and such a time waster.

And sold another item and no luck whatsoever. Was told it's in the older 10% back Promo. What's the point of offering the 5 for $1 FVF then, when its start end end dates are totally engulfed and overridden by the other one, which I don't want and have no interest in, and didn't activate. It just appeared as active.

Was the promotion for ALL fees or just listing fee's?

If it was for listing fee's then on MP you get 250K free anyway

It was for the $1 FVF for the first 5 items you list and sell during the promo period.

That's the promo I listed under. 

Still not result. How did they end up processing your refund?

They just did it manually while I was holding on chat. It takes about 4 minutes to show. I really think a lot of the success depends on who you get in chat. Some of them are hopeless.
