Closing the return case, as the seller cannot process the refiund
Dear Ebay Staff, The seller asked me to close the case to proceed with the refund. However, I cannot close the return case, It always say that "It's not you. It's us. .. the server is down. " Can you step in to help us resolve the issue.
What wrong with ebay's language detection?

New government ID requirements
Ebay has ceased my account to sell. Apparently the government has new requirements with ID. Ie. Drivers license or passport. I have neither. What do I do? Jerome
