Hi, don't mind saying so but just about reached saturation point with ebay messages regarding signing on
Last year April I spend a bit of time in hospital and my son had my permission to use my computer, so no sooner I came home and started getting messages re some one signing on, I have not been able to get a phone number to ring ebay so thought I put it on the forum, might add I already changed my password twice and still the same, I know there need to be some security but this is way over the top. As well have checked my comp with bitdefender just to make sure there is nothing suspicious and system is clean.
So what else can I do to stop those **bleep** messages ? I get enough useless stuff from windows update to fill up my hard drive, don't need it from any one else.
Many thanks if any one can assist,
ajax1937.

1) You could mark them as spam so that future messages are sent to the spam folder
2) You could create an Ebay folder in your mail and set up a filter for incoming Ebay messages so that they bypass your inbox and go there.
What on earth are you going to tell customer service? They don't have control over the messages and it's a built-in safety feature for your protection anyway as people HAVE had their accounts hijacked.
I have filters for 95% of the stuff that comes through my mail - works very well and keeps things under control.

Click on your profile pic, then go to "my settings", your personal profile will then give you the choice of opting out of email notifications.
Note. That will stop ALL emails from eBay to your personal email.
