Ebay won't let me finish transaction

When I try to purchase items in my cart, ebay says it has a problem.  Saying I am a bot or another issue

Tried another browser?

Are you using the app or the real site?

Hard for other members to try to help just based on a generic comment

Are you using a VPN?

That may be the problem if so.
