Ebay has suspended my account for non payment of fees. Fair enough. I owe AUD27, but I can't pay it. As you can see in the screenshot below, it says I owe nothing.
7 times I have attempted to resolve this using chat. Each time I get passed to another group, then to another group. They are incapable of sorting this out. Each time they reinstate my account, and it gets suspended the next day. They've admitted that's it's a technical problem but seem disinterested in fixing it.
Any ideas how to get the attention of someone competent?
