Ebay wont load

Anyone having problems getting ebay to load? windows diagnostics says its a problem with the site..........

I have had constant problems for the past two days with not being able to sign in (on and off)

constant can't check feedback or list to selll

And yes, early this morning (about 3am) I could not load at all for several minutes
