Default item listings in Shop

I want to have my items arranged in my shop by order of 'Newest Listed' first. I have selected this option on the 'Manage my Store' page, however it keeps on reverting to 'Best Match' order in the store. This is when using my laptop - not on a phone....

App errors when revising

I just went to revise a couple of items and for some reason all my postage rates disappear and the listing changes to local pick up only. When I try to add postage back the options come up completely blank so you can't add postage.
