I changed my country to Australia on April 29th, but cannot post an item for sale

I changed my country to Australia on April 29th, but cannot post items for sale.

It seems eBay still thinks I am in my previous country and asks me to contact another country's eBay, but Chinese script appears.

I cannot find how to contact eBay.

Has anyone else had this problem and how did you resolve it, please?

If it's this account, you have nothing to lose by opening a new account in Australia. Bypasses any pitfalls with Paypal, credit cards, etc.
