server error when try upload a photo to send to seller

 I get a server error when trying to upload a photo to send to seller

I have tried smaller jpegs and that didn't help. I have done this before and never had a problem

Is there a temopry problem of some sort?

First question. Are you using a phone? If so, that is probably your problem, lots of things don't work via the phone.

If not, wait a while and try again. If you are using Internet Explorer  then this will be your problem also. More information is needed in order to help you further.

Using I7 desktop with Firefox. I had waited a few hours before posting my original. I sent them a message without the photos to resolve the issue, not the best but had to suffice. The problem was only with that one seller as i tried sending a photo to another selller and it was ok.

Hopefully it was just a glitch never to be seen again, only time will tell i suppose.

Just tried to add a photo into this message and it was fine.
