Trying to use PROMISE coupon code to receive 20% on selected store but getting the following error:

What does it say the terms and conditions are ?

There are 19 items in Terms & Conditions listed here:

From reading tthat page I don't see any reason why I can't apply successfully for that coupon code.

I'm not sure, it could be a glitch ?

Perhaps if you send the seller a message and let them know, they may or may not have had other potential buyers with the same problem

I have not tried to use that code myself but I do know many other members here have had problems trying to use various different codes recently

I contacted the seller and he mentioned that he received a few messages with the same issue today, so it's probably as you mentioned a glitch.
