Extra Auto Payment taken for Fees via Paypal

Just wanting to enquire if this has happened to anyone else,  I had my auto monthly fee payment taken out yesterday via paypal.  Which is all good but I now notice that they have take another $29 out for some reason???

Not sure, but a couple of suggestions 

GST ?

Ebay Plus fee?

Select the account tab in eBay and look at what the fees are for.

But could be subscription fee for eBay plus as that is $29 per year.
