As a seller I always give positive feedback to buyers as soon as funds are received. A couple of weeks ago, someone messaged me and said what does Imm mean?
After a bit of confusion I figured that for some odd reason the full sentence was not entered.
It was something like- Immediate payment made. Thank you. AAAAA
All I thought I could do was apologise and explain that there are several feedbacks which I regularly use and as soon as I add eg Imm the sentence automatically appears, I then press send or enter.
I dont generally look at feedback I have left for buyers, but recently I have noticed that I have not received much feedback, which is very unusual.
So this evening I looked and was horrified to see several others which say just I or Imm. This is not good.
I feel bad about it and really need to find a way to correct this. I am in WA and it is too late to contact ebay.
