HELP!!!! Listings not shown on my store page

Update: I posted this one on selling board.  I think I need to give another try on this board too. 

Update: Listings can consistently shown on my store page but ONLY part of it.  Even I relist them still not shown! 

Hi guys,

After my holiday I turned off ‘time away’ mode, then my whole listings are not shown on my shop page. It shows ‘ there is no inventory in your location’ and on ebay desktop site it shows ‘ all items are sold out’.  

I tried to call ebay customer service since last month- almost 50days! However, they are useless! 

Even the error still there but ebay still charge my store subscription fee.  I try to request a credit but no respond neither —— good job ebay! That is how you treat your client!

Does anyone have this issue before? Please let me know! I am so hopeless!

I contacted them by online chat and call today. All they told me is wait!  One of the rep suggested me to cancel the subscription!!! This is ebay’s staff! 

Also I request credit for my store subscription fee month ago.  They told me they already escalated my request to credit department, however today one staff told me he didnt see my request of refund! 

What a ebay- lie and bureaucratism !!!

The same posters answer on all the boards so you'd be better off updating your other thread on the selling board
