Has anyone had problems trying to sell or buy through Paypal as i cannot do anything as i cannot log

I cannot log into Paypal ive been trying for three weeks now and i get told to log in and go to help center to get things sorted out . It just not happening has anyone else had the same problem out there ?

All fine here I can log into Paypal ok. Have you tried clearing cache and cookies and rebooting you computer ? Also I use Firefox or chrome for a browser not IE.

I have not been getting IPN's from PayPal but the ebay sale notifications are arriving.

Log in to PayPal but the sale records are not showing even though the balance reflects the correct total.

I will probably get the IPN's tomorrow...lol
