If you buy multiple items from the same seller in the same week you will see that your feedback received will increase but your score only increases by 1......only one feedback is counted in your score.
For example, if you buy 3 items from the one seller your feedback number will increase by 3 but the score will only increase by 1.
If the same 3 items are bought a week apart your number will go up by 3 as will your score.
