How do I uninstall and reinstall ebay? I am having some issues and this might help resolve them.

I am having a problem sending sellers a message.and also sending invoices. I think it is a  glitch with windows and I thought uninstalling and reinstalling might do the trick. Any thoughts?

eBay is not a program to install but it is an internet site you access.

Try clearing cookies n temp internet files and clear browser history then restart computer.

Use Chrome as a browser if using IE. It's more eBay friendly.

If you are using the eBay app then that has always been problematic but you try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.

(Sorry I don't use the app so can't point you in the direction)

Try this, may be it is your computer and not eBay, If NBN or ADSL turn off the computer and the router at the wall. Reboot the whole system. Run your anti-virus, such as McAfee, or Windows Defender, and do a full scan. Then clear all cookies, history and cached data.

Then turn off power for the computer and router and NBN equipment at the wall again.

After 5 minutes reboot. Then log on.

Nothing works better than a fresh install of windows as long as you save everything before hand.  

Most times I had these issues was due to poor internet speed so less demend from other programs I found helped.
