I can't access my previous eBay account & have had to set up a new account.  I had an outstanding purchase to make & CA not do that on my new eBay account.  Pls advise log in details to previous account.  I have tried to log in but it will not allow me. I do want the item.

You are on a public forum here in which eBay doesn't read.

You will need to ask the seller to cancel the sale on the other account and repurchase on this one if there is no way of accessing the early account.

But I think there would be. Have you tried selecting I can't remember my password ?
