why is the delete function on watched items not working

the delete function on watched items not working

we are in Australia, overseas persons see us as being in China. Account says Australia.

although we are registered as Australia, address is Australia, persons in other countries see us as being in China or Taiwain. This affects sales.

Is anyone else getting locked out of there accounts?
