They're tinkering again.

I had a few sales earlier today, where the buyer's details were completely blank on the app, but they appeared on the classic site. After refreshing the classic site, the details appeared in the app.

Are you trying to checkout on this, the Australian site ?

As you're registered in Malaysia, if it's a different site you  need, log out of ebay.com.au and log in to the relevant site
