I'd like to search by country of manufacture / country origin. How can I do this?

For example, I'm looking for products that have been manufactured in Vietnam, or India, etc. I don't mind the location of the product, just the country of origin.

You can't.

It is not a search parameter on eBay.

Maybe do an internet search, then you will know what items to look for.
