I had a promotion error and I was unwillingly signed up to a normal 'Featured Store' subscription

I had initially signed up for the "6 month Free Feature Store Subscription," and I still had the price markup when I applied for it yesterday, only to have a page error and then consequently be unwillingly signed up for the normal $75 p/m Feature Store subscription without the 6-month free.

 

For context, I signed up for it before the expiration date and then officially applied for it afterwards, as the special offer was still apparently available, as it had shown on my screen.

My ideal solution is to just be downgraded to 'Basic' and be refunded the $50 (I haven't been charged the $75 yet).

 

Has this happened to any other sellers? The phone customer service isn't available until Monday, and one of the online service representatives didn't coherently understand the situation, as I was apparently told that I still have 6 months off, although eBay is showing otherwise. Thanks!
