I need to close an unpaid item that was opened automatically by eBay.

Please close a UPI case in the resolution centre for me. I cant seem to get it to close. It is against the Mimco handbag. (the only open case in the resolution centre)

Other buyers and sellers (the only people here) cannot close another member's dispute

If the person has paid, it will close automatically, otherwise you need to wait for four days (to the minute) from the time it was opened before you can close it. It opened automatically because that is what you have your settings set to do when a buyer fails to pay after a ceratin amount of time

Hi, there is currently a system error where automatically opened cases do not close when a buyer has made payment. If you talk to ebay via chat or phone, they will be able to help you close it, I have had to get them to help with a few the past week that don't auto close.
