I received an email supposedly from eBay telling me that I have accumulated a lot of points as a loyalty bonus and I have a free iPhone coming to me . Is this a scam

Sounds like a scam to me. I never trust emails. Have you received the message in eBay as well? I wouldn't click on any links in the email that is for sure.
