In Ebay.au I Can't log out of my account. I

In Ebay.au I Can't log out of my account. In the upper-right corner next to the name, the down arrow I had clicked earlier disappeared. Everything is restored if you clear all Cookies.
In Ebay.com this error is not present, everything is normal there.

I work on Mac OS with the Chrome browser. The picture shows that there is no arrow near the name

This happened just a couple of days ago, everything was fine before.
