Hi
I have an item I have purchased that seems to be stuck in a Ebay warehouse and hasn't moved in the last month. The address label given to the seller has this warehouse address on it and not my own in Australia. Does that seem right?
Cheers

The item is being sent with eBay International Shipping.
You should have an Estimated Delivery Date.
You also have the protection of the eBay Money Back Guarantee if the item does not arrive on time.

I just remembered that many sellers now use eBay international shipping if this is what you mean.
It is very similar to Pitney Bowes in that they first send the item to a shipping hub in the US, and the item is then sent to the intended recipient from there.
You can still check the tracking at the site indicated above.

And don't close it if the seller asks you to.

And don't accept a replacement either (many people have problems with receiving replacements). Just get your money back.
