Leave feedback is not working

I am currently unable to leave any feedback. I constantly get the message saying 'oops something went wrong'  What is going on ?

Quite possibly just another of the wonderful glitches of ebay 

Are you on the app or computer?

I ask because the app is giltch riddled for a lot of people

Also, yesterday was ebay's Friday fiddle with things that don't need fiddling with,so they could be running late finishing up
