I have been with ebay for 6 years and have 600 listings active. so they say, in the last twelve months sales have dropped off 60% .
I have contacted ebay on 6 occations by phone their reply is they are looking into it. also say they will email me a resoultion in 24 -36 hours which never happens. i have done the contact via contact centre 10 times with the same reply from they have a issue they are resolving. A glitch they say 12 months now. they will look into the problem, this just goes round and round. as by the time the ebay call centre person has done the computer generated prompts to my call and read previous corrospondence their performance limit time per caller is used u and they flick pass to end email by transfer to another department.
How do you get through to someone that can make a decession and act on the issues.
I find ebay is getting so techinical and complex that it is nearly unviable to stay as a loyal customer.
advice sort thanks
The issue is that the listings are active in my store , but when you go to visit store or view store it says nil items found.

Can't help. I can see your featured items and your past sales. No inventory is available to view, however. Nir do you seem to have any items for sale. You seem to be signed up for MP, and still making some sales, so I can't help.
Edit: if I go to my store using this account, I can see everything the store account for sale. Sorry, it seems to be an issue with your account/store.

this is what I get:

have you closed you store? If not, get onto HELP (top or bottom of page) and find out what's going on!

If you had an issue for so long and eBay cannot really help (apart from "promising" to help or to look into it), maybe you can create a new account if there is a glitch with the one you are using now? I know it is annoying, then you have to register for MP again, but at least until something is done you can sell from your new account.
