This item I want to buy allows my country and I can directly buy it, but whenever I try to use the Make An Offer system it tells me that the seller hasn't specified my country, I don't understand why this is happeneing but I have already tried on two different browsers (firefox and chrome) but to no avail. I have already spoken with the seller and they can't find what the problem is and assured em that they allow shipping to my country.

There has been two other people post in the past couple of days post that they are in Australia, the seller is in Australia and the listing states that they post within Australia , but the site gives an error message postage is not available to their country
Very much sounds like (another) glitch
I don't know if anyone has actually reported it (the blurb that eBay tech staff check the forum for issues is garbage, nobody from eBay reads what members have posted here, let along does anyone 'check for issues'

I am in Australia and the seller is in the US.

It would still be the same glitch (stating postage is not available to their (the buyer's country) even though the seller does post to the buyers country
Have you reported it to eBay?

Hello, I'm having the same problem, did you sort out what the problem was?

After talking to ebay representative it seems the problem is with the seller. They have to go into the setting and add Australia to the list of countries they sell to. This already showed up on the item's page but it seems they have to go in and do his.
