My feedback ratings have gone done last week but there was no negatives for nearly a year?
What can I do?
Nearly a year back I received a rare negative from a buyer, my 2nd in 12-years. The buyer was offered a refund, but declined
to respond. All I was left with was to put my brief response attachwd to his nagative. So I have been stuck on 98.3% since.
I can't even check if the year with a low percentage is over or not, as there seems to be no date on the matter on the feedback
board.
Then last week, my feedback score went to 97.7%, without any new negatives arriving. I have had 62 sales in the last year, no negatives except for the one I can't note the date from, which is near a year, or even more than a year.
But now I can't find anywhere I can contact someone from Ebay to present a formal request for a review, because the initial negative
has been ove 45 day ago. My concern mainly is how my feedback has jumped without any negatives.
We all know that a low feedback percentage affects our sales. As well as Ebay's income. I find that there has been a mistake, but can't find anyone to get a response, or a consideration from. If anybbody can assist, including anybody from Ebay who my be reading this, I would be grateful. I feel this matter is very unfair, unjustified even, unless Ebay can explain it to me.

I'm afraid nobody from eBay reads members posts here at all
As far as I know, the only way to contact them at the member is via Live Chat, which can be found under the 'help' tab at the top or bottom of any page

All that's happened is that sales from just over a year ago have dropped off the tally and have dropped your percentage, you'll go back up to 100% once that neg rolls over. If you can find that transaction in Paypal you'll know how long ago it was.
That one neg is unlikely to stop people buying from you.

Your one negative was left within the year so you just need to be patient till the 1 year anniversary ticks over.
The reason your % is changing is because your positive transactions are also slipping off after 12 months....if you suddenly get a number of positive feedback you will find that the % will increase.
Just be patient....no need to contact ebay yet.
