No refund received on undelivered item

Ordered goods 28th June. Never received . EBay resolved and closed case said I would get a refund in 5 business days on 8th August.

There  is no way to reopen case.

What do I do now, how do I get my refund.

Money back guarantee is looking like an empty promise.

Why was the case closed? Unless the seller uploaded tracking that showed delivered, the case wouldn't have been closed in their favour.

According to tracking goods got to postal depot Victoria and never left there. Contacted seller said would chase nothing happened goods never received . EBay resolved case in my favour said refund will go back to original credit card, no credit received on credit card, I  check every day. Cannot do anything as case is closed by eBay. Go to help and get stuck in a loop because case closed. Still no refund. Refund by who??? . Who should be refunding my credit card?

Good news refund has shown up on my card dated back to exact purchase date with original purchase.
