There is no way to add or change bank account details. I have tried many times via the "how to" steps on various posts, but I only get the option to add a credit or debit card, which seems to be how to buy items, not receive payments as a seller. In seller dashboard, it keeps returning to the same option. Cannot use eBay as a new seller at present as there is no option to add a bank account.
