No way to unlink paypal from ebay

Hi, I want to unlink paypal and then link it again (same paypal acc). The reason for this is that I changed my primary paypal login email and removed existing one (it's gone, no more use for anything, in fact I closed this email acc.

Unfortunately when I follow the instructions found in ebay help (I pasted them at the end of this question) and click on that "Unlink accounts" link the summary page gets reloaded eg. "https://www.ebay.com/myb/Summary"  and when I followed the instructions again I see NO any changes, linked paypal acc is still there. I googled everywhere and did not find solution.

Where is the IT support, why we are alone with our problems?

I already tried using different browsers but result was the same.

Can anybody  help?

I have the same problem, just jumps back to the summary page.

Hey ebay IT gurus can't you fix this problem??? Are you control computers or it is vice-versa?

It is very funny when you ask someone eg. in the market to correct an error (wrong input in the teller register) and heir an answer "computer does NOT let me do it". I am asking.. who is in control..human or machine!

So IT guys please fix this issue.

And I will say again.... this is MY ACCOUNT and if I want to change anything within it I should be able to, and with this case if I wish to unlink a PayPal account I should be able to.
