Phantom Sale

Hi Everyone,

Not sure I have a problem or just a glitch. I have X number of sales show up in my seller hub, however bell/notifications/alert show I have X + 1 sales. It started on Boxing day and is still showing up now.  My concern is if it is a sale that needs to be sent I will get a strike for late postage.

Anyone had this problem before? If so how did you resolve it?

Instead of bells/notifications/alerts have you actually delved into My eBay?

That will tell you exactly what you sold.

Everything in my seller hub/my ebay shows X sales. It is only the notification bell that shows the x + 1

When I view all orders it shows exactly what I have sold. The extra 1 is the mystery.

Then it is probably a need to post or leave feedback. I never pay attention to the bell. If I do, it's to hover over it and see what IT says. No need to ask other members.

This continued for another 2 days before appearing to resolve itself. Thanks for the assistance.
