Picked up a parcel, but still getting messages to pick it up.

I picked up a parcel towards the end of February and I am still getting messages to pick it up (3 so far this week). The newsagent has cleared it as picked up but it is still on their system. Details are - EC P GATXXUVP.

Are the automated reminders from eBay?

Did the newsagent scan the parcel when you collected it?

The reminders will stop, the agent most likely didnt clear the pickup correctly,  my local is notorious for that,  the reminders stop after about 4 weeks,  when the agent would normally do a return to sender,  and than they finally realise they stuffed up,  or the system realises.
