Postage label printing - no postage cost displayed

When printing the postage label for an Aust Post satche / parcel the cost is coming up with "$0.00" rather than the $14.00 or whatever the correct postage should be.

It may be a browser problem.

Try switching browsers to Chrome or Firefox.
