Purchases not showing in my purchases list

I currently have two purchases in the system.

One is showing in the purchase list in my Ebay

The other purchase, - showing as shipped - has no history in my purchases list

Have you changed the time period in your purchase history from the default ?

When did you buy the item that you can't see? Was it over 60 days ago (if it is from overseas)?

The default list is only for the last 60 days, so you would have to change it to 2021 to see it.
