Hi. For many months now, I've been receiving two emails for some watch list matches. I thought that eBay might be aware of the issue and resolve it, but maybe no-one else has mentioned it.
It only seems to happen with newly added watch list entries - I'm pretty sure it doesn't occur with my older watch list entries.
If I turn off email for the watch list entry, both emails stop. If I delete the watch and then add it again, I get the duplicate emails again.
Can anyone offer any suggestions?

All I can suggest is the usual fix all solution....clear cookies and cache and reboot your computer.
With all due respect, in the general scheme of ebay problems being reported on the boards at present, duplicate emails is not high on the list of priorities.

Thanks, Lyndal1838. It seems to be a problem with email from eBay, not a browser problem - I'm not even connected to eBay when the emails arrive. However, I have cleared cookies and cache and rebooted many times without any change.

I have no doubt at all that it is another of the many glitches that is plaguing ebay at present. The responders here have been fielding queries for weeks about some very serious problems but ebay either denies that they exist or says that they are being fixed.
If you have a look around the boards you will see that duplicate emails are just a minor inconvenience compared to some of the problems being reported.
Just be patient.....eventually something will be done.....at least we hope so.
