Hi, I have had an issue with ebay and paypal.
A buyer requested a refund and a partial refund was agreed upon.
Ebay paid the buyer and invoiced me and I paid the invoice with mastercard.
Paypal remains frozen holding the entire amount for the buyer and will not release my account and demanding more money to cover the full refund.
Ebay keeps telling me to reimburse them the partial refund, which I have.
And so I go around and around and around in circles and I think Im chatting with bots, not real people because its reached insanity level.
Has anyone successfully been able to rectify a process issue within ebay and paypal. I have no clue what to do and this cycle of nonsense will ultimately drive me to maddness. Does anyone have any suggestions.
I have had to open an appeal to get a response, ebay closed the appeal even though they completely ignored the appeal complaint which was to close the file completely and advise paypal to release my funds back to me.
Help... anyone.... does anyone know what to do? Does anyone have a suggestion
