Review doesnt comply with guidelines ?

I once had it as a positive 5 star review before i even really gave it a test. 

Their advertisement clearly says it will work for my vehicle if i use two. It does not.  So i changed it to a 2 star review and said it doesnt work like the ad says.

Either way..positive or negative.. the reviews dont comply with guidelines.

How and why ?

What exactly did you write? The bots will join words together and then deem it as inapproriate. e.g that's expensive, will be detected as s.e.x.
