Scrambled Page

My Ebay pages have been too scrambled to use for about a week within this account, but pages are fine if I log into another account using the exact same brower (chrome). Ive emptied cache and did hard reloads.
I am now using a completely different computer and my ebay pages are still scrambled.

Could you describe exactly what you mean by "scrambled"?

Try another browser as a test. If pages load fine there, go back to Chrome; the issue is likely with your cache, cookies, add-ons or settings. Make sure you have deleted your cache "for all time" rather than the last hour, day or week. Clear your eBay cookies manually rather than using the "clear all". If that does not help, try temporarily disabling any add-ons such as ad blockers or script blockers. Some security or privacy add-ons can interfere with style sheets loading properly. Make sure Chrome is up to date.

If multiple browsers show the same issue, the problem may be with a common firewall or anti-virus suite.

If you have the same problem on multiple devices using different browsers, the problem may be related to your network settings, your network or your network provider. Or the problem may be on eBay's end, or connected to your individual account.

re: Scrambled page - almost all the page elements are listed vertically (if in html coding, it would be like either page tables or column generator is not working).

And I'm noting the header/Ebay logos etc, are missing

Notes:
1) Same thing over 2 different computers
2) All other sites are working perfectly
3) Have done a zillion Ebay cache clears and hard reloads
4) Ebay page formating is working within incognito mode

It sounds like cascading style sheets are not loading. The resulting pages load as mostly left justified text with a few large arrow icons at the bottom of the page.

That can have several possible causes.

Certain browser extensions or settings can interfere with CSS. "Disconnect" has been singled out in the past for causing this problem.

Try a new up to date browser with no add-ons or extensions and see if that works; if so, try adding your extensions one by one until you find the offending add-on.

Many users in the UK experienced this a couple of months ago -- it turned out that those users were customers of several internet providers that subscribed to the same third-party "child safe" content screening program; disabling the "child safe" settings until the program was fixed seemed to get around the problem in that particular case.

Thank you

I turned off 'disconnect' and it now works

Cheers

After a year of facing this issue on a weekly basis, disabling 'disconnect' finally fixed it. Thanks so much eburtonlab ๐Ÿค—
